HEALTH commissioners in West Lancashire are encouraging residents to let them know what good health and wellbeing looks like.
NHS West Lancashire Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) is asking all residents to complete an online survey which is available here: bit.ly/CCGhaveyoursay. Paper versions are also available on request to any residents that do not have access to the internet.
A spokesperson for NHS West Lancashire CCG, said: “A person’s health and wellbeing is made up of several factors. It is about how they live; the conditions they live in; their home, work and physical environments around them; the people they know; as well as the health services in their local area and how well these work for them. A person’s health and wellbeing is influenced by how all these things connect to each other.
“Feedback from the survey will be used to help the CCG understand what experiences local people have had with local health services and what factors matter most to them within their local neighbourhood.
“Gaining insight from local communities is vital for our commissioning. Although we always welcome views and comments from local residents of West Lancashire, this survey is a good opportunity for people to tell us their views”.
For further information please contact the CCG by calling 01695 588 203, emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by visiting our website: www.westlancashireccg.nhs.uk/ It will take approximately 10 minutes to complete and the survey will remain open until Wednesday 7 August 2019.
